Alan and Jill visited the set of Man of Steel in August 2011 and took a few pictures. The attention to detail in the redressing of Plano, Illinois to look like Smallville, Kansas was very impressive. The audience didn’t get to see even half of the work that the production designers put into it. One of the most detailed things (that we’re showing here) was the fake listings for houses for sale in Smallville posted in the windows of Smallville Realty.  Each one of those flyers had copy written specifically for those fake houses!
